About Refinery Affiliate

Refinery Affiliate is a SaaS platform that delivers AI-powered insights for affiliate managers, helping teams optimize partner performance, streamline workflows, and make data-driven decisions.

Overview

I designed and built Refinery Affiliate’s first-ever website from the ground up in Webflow, delivering a complete launch experience within a one-month timeline. The site was designed to clearly communicate a sophisticated AI product while supporting demo-driven growth across multiple audience segments, including affiliate managers, agencies, and advertisers.

Problem

Refinery Affiliate launched without an existing website, leaving the product without a centralized platform to explain its value, differentiate in a crowded market, or support sales conversations. The platform surfaces over 150 AI-driven insights—spanning fraud detection, placement tracking, program health, and partnership discovery—which needed to be communicated clearly without overwhelming users. The challenge was to present a complex, data-heavy product in a way that felt approachable, educational, and action-oriented, while establishing credibility with experienced affiliate professionals.

Solution

I created a modular, content-forward Webflow site that balances product education with conversion-focused storytelling. The design pairs a bold, modern visual system with clean layouts, custom illustrations, and UI-driven visuals to help users understand how Refinery transforms data into action. Clear messaging hierarchy guides users from high-level value propositions into deeper feature explanations, supported by interactive components, embedded video, and expandable product sections. Audience-specific pathways, trust indicators, and prominent demo CTAs reinforce credibility and encourage engagement, while the CMS-driven structure allows the team to scale content, insights, and resources over time.
